I wore this on our team’s Christmas Party at Radisson Blu. We were required to wear a long gown but I wasn’t so excited about the event that I didn’t even bother to prepare. I decided to wear this on the day of the party. This was supposed to be for my 18th birthday but I didn’t have a big celebration so it was never used. My mom bought it in a thrift shop for less than a hundred bucks I guess. I was still in grade school at that time so imagine how old the dress waited to be worn. The fabric is still good, I swear. It has a simple design but the upper is all lace. This is the most comfortable long gown that I have. It perfectly fits me. Mama wondered why I chose to wear it. She knows I always wear something that stands out. Idk, maybe because it was Christmas and I was after the gift that I was going to receive because y’know, we had a manito-manita. I may not have won as the best dressed lady of the night but I was the luckiest. My senior manager was the one who got to pick up my name and gave me all the things on my wishlist. Sure enough I was the luckiest!
